Operation Snip is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization who work to reduce the overpopulation of feral cats through the humane method Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). Friendly strays and young kittens are rescued, vetted and placed up for adoption. Operation Snip also works with low income community members by offering convenient and low cost spay and neutering services.
